The Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative, Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN), is pleased to present its 2025 Annual Report, themed “Resilience in Action.” This report highlights our continued commitment to advancing accountable governance, inclusive security, and access to justice across Nigeria.
In a year marked by complex security challenges, economic pressures, and a shrinking civic space, PWAN remained steadfast in delivering impactful, evidence-driven interventions.
