Ada Dawn Amah is a talented and ambitious Communications Trainee at the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative, also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN). As a Communications Trainee at PWAN, Ada plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s mission to promote human rights, good governance, and the rule of law in Nigeria. Euodia Omude Ajonye is a Monitoring and Evaluation Trainee with the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative, also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN). With a strong passion for leveraging data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making, a highly skilled and detail-oriented person who specializes in data collection, analysis, and reporting, working closely with stakeholders to assess program impact, enhance effectiveness, and ensure accountability.

As a Monitoring and Evaluation Trainee at PWAN, Euodia plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s mission to promote human rights, good governance, and the rule of law in Nigeria. Her expertise in data analysis and performance measurement enables her to provide actionable recommendations that inform program design, implementation, and evaluation.

With two years of experience in data analysis, Euodia is proficient in a range of technical skills, including SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. Her ability to translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations has been instrumental in supporting key evaluations and performance tracking initiatives. Her expertise has also enabled her to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform strategic decision-making and drive program improvement.

As a dedicated and results-driven professional, Euodia is committed to optimizing project outcomes through rigorous evaluation and strategic insights. Her passion for continuous learning and data-driven solutions drives her to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and methodologies in monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that her work is informed by best practices and cutting-edge research.

At PWAN, Euodia works closely with program teams to design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks that assess program effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making. Euodia’s academic foundation in Computer Science, which she earned from Veritas University, has provided her with a solid understanding of data management and analysis principles. Additionally, she has augmented her skills through certifications in Monitoring & Evaluation methodologies and data analytics.

Hamidat Adeola Oyedele is a dedicated and multifaceted Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Trainee at the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN), bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and practical experience to her role.

Academically, Hamidat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the prestigious Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. Her academic foundation in agriculture has equipped her with a strong understanding of the intricacies of rural development, environmental sustainability, and community engagement.

Professionally, Hamidat is a certified member of the Nigerian Institute of Animal Science, demonstrating her commitment to staying updated on best practices in animal science and agriculture. Additionally, she holds a HSE 3 Competence certificate from the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria, underscoring her expertise in workplace safety and risk management.

To further enhance her analytical capabilities, Hamidat has also obtained a diploma in Data Analysis. This skillset enables her to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data, providing actionable insights that inform programmatic decisions.

Throughout her career, Hamidat has accumulated diverse experience across multiple sectors, including Veterinary Services, Facilities Management, and the Development sector. Her most recent experience in the Development sector has equipped her with a deep understanding of the complexities of program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

Hamidat’s technical skills include Data analysis and interpretation, Workplace safety and risk management, Power BI and data visualization, Stakeholder engagement and management

With her unique blend of technical expertise, practical experience, and passion for M&E, Hamidat is poised to make a meaningful contribution to PWAN.

Terkosu Glory Chor is the Executive Assistant (EA) to the Executive Director (ED) at the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative (also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria, PWAN). Her primary responsibilities in this role include assisting with daily administrative duties, acting as the ED’s administrative liaison to the Board of Directors, coordinating and attending meetings, conferences, and workshops, drafting reports, letters, and proposals, and coordinating oral and written communication with donors and prospects. She brings her expertise and experience in communication, coordination, and implementing strategies to excel in these tasks.

In addition to her current role, she has a diverse background in administrative support. She previously worked as an Administrative Secretary at the PCRC Maitama, gaining valuable experience managing administrative tasks. She also held a position of teaching English and French Language to different age groups. Additionally, she volunteered with EL-BETHEL Global Initiatives and SPRINGTIME Leadership Consult Ltd, where she contributed to various projects. Terkosu’s writing skills have been utilized in drafting documents for organizations, and she has also conducted research.

She has a proven track record in the educational sector, having worked for over a decade. Her expertise in this field makes her a valuable asset to any organization. She has also embarked on different personal and professional developments and gained several experiences to be an asset to any organization she is part of through the value she adds.

She has a BA and an MA in French Language, Other Certifications in French and English Language proficiency, Leadership, Public Speaking, Monitoring and Evaluation, Knowledge Management, etc.

Alache Tina Inalegwu is a Program Assistant with the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative, also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria.

She interned with PWAN for 6 months as a Program Intern and has been growing and learning on the job.

She also worked as an Admin with the Nigeria Airforce in Enugu NYSC year 2016 -2017, she has also worked as a sales representative, so she has sales and marketing experience.

Alache is a Sociologist and Anthropologist, she graduated from the University of Maiduguri Borno state, she is a caterer at Reddish Culinary School and has a diploma in Catering,

Alache also has a certificate in home economics and management from the College of Agriculture in Maiduguri, Borno state.

Hauwa Salisu Adam is a knowledge management and communication Trainee at the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN). She assists the company’s operations in some areas.

From 2022 to 2023, Hauwa served as a dedicated English language teacher in the Family Support Programme school in Katsina state during her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). This experience allowed her to develop strong teaching skills and a deep understanding of the importance of education.

Hauwa holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication from Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic Zaria State, Nigeria. Her academic background has equipped her with a solid foundation in various aspects of communication, including journalism, advertising, and public relations.

Throughout her career, Hauwa has demonstrated a strong commitment to volunteer work. She has actively participated in various organizations, where she has gained valuable experience and knowledge in teamwork and the value of shared goals. Hauwa firmly believes in the power of collaboration and the impact it can have on achieving collective success.

Hauwa’s eagerness to learn and grow is one of her defining characteristics. She is always open to new challenges and opportunities, and she is eager to contribute to the growth of the team and the organization. Hauwa’s positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges make her a valuable asset to any team.

Mary Akinyemi Bamidele is an Administrative Assistant at the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative, also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN). In this role, she supports the smooth operation of the Organisation and contributes to the overall success of the organization.

Her responsibilities span various areas, including office administration, human resources, and logistics. Her expertise in these areas allows her to provide invaluable support to the organization’s operations. Logistics and procurement planning are also within her realm of expertise. She is responsible for coordinating the procurement of supplies and equipment, ensuring their timely delivery to the company’s various locations.

Lastly, she has strong skills in organizing and managing events. She is responsible for planning and executing various company events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops. Her creativity and attention to detail ensure that the events are memorable and successful.

Victory Princess Lazarus is an Administrative Trainee at the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN). She assists the company’s operations in the areas of office administration, human resources, and logistics.

She contributes her knowledge and skills in a variety of areas, including report writing, project management, people management, logistics and procurement planning, and event organizing.

She graduated from Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria, with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Public Administration. She is a member of the Public Administration and Management Development Institute (PAMDI) and has numerous certificates from Coursera, Great Mind Institute, and Side Hustle.

She is skilled in Microsoft packages, communication, teamwork and creative writing.

Khadijat Ummi Bawa is a Finance Trainee at Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative (Partners West Africa Nigeria), where she contributes to the organisation’s financial management. Her responsibilities include writing financial reports, reconciling accounts, remitting payments to payees, and overseeing pension administration.

Khadijat obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. During her studies, she completed an internship at Kashim Ibrahim Library, which lasted for six months. She holds a certificate for her internship experience.

Khadijat possesses strong skills in using accounting software, including QuickBooks and Microsoft packages. She is also skilled in effective communication, which is important for her role in managing financial matters within the organization.

Taplong Lucy James is a Program Assistant with the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative, also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN). She is a dedicated and accomplished lawyer with a strong passion for promoting access to justice, human rights, and gender equality. With a robust background in policy advocacy, legal research, and community engagement, Lucy has established herself as a leading expert in her field.

At PWAN, Lucy plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s mission to promote human rights, good governance, and the rule of law in Nigeria. Throughout her career, Lucy has worked on various high-impact projects, focusing on access to justice, legal awareness, and community engagement. She has collaborated with government agencies, civil society organizations, and international partners to strengthen justice sector institutions and promote women’s participation in peace and security operations.

Some of her notable achievements such as Implementing initiatives that enhance legal awareness and promote human rights among marginalized communities, Strengthening justice sector institutions through capacity-building programs and policy advocacy, Promoting women’s participation in peace and security operations through training and mentorship programs

Lucy’s expertise, passion, and commitment to promoting human rights and access to justice make her an invaluable asset to PWAN and the broader human rights community.

Lucy holds a Barrister at Law (BL) degree from the Nigeria Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Jos. Her academic excellence and professional experience have equipped her with a deep understanding of the Nigerian legal system and the complexities of human rights advocacy.
