SIA FODAY-ISCANDARI

Sia Foday-Iscandari is the Director of Programs at the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN). In this role, she oversees the Citizen Security and Rule of Law program areas.

She brings expertise in managing diverse program portfolios across the security, governance, economic development, agriculture and health sectors with over 15 years of working experience in the development and financial services sector.

She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Leadership Studies with reference to Security and Development with the African Leadership Center at King’s College London, holds an MBA from Nottingham Business School, Diploma in Management Studies and BSc (Hons) Information Systems from Brunel University.
