FADILA ISA AFINIKI

Fadila Isa Afiniki is the Head of Human Resources and Administration at The Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative (PWAN). She is an experienced HR leader and administrator with strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, performance management, organisational development, and administrative operations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Covenant University and an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, with over eight years of experience across the banking, manufacturing, and consulting sectors in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

Fadila contributed to the marketing and rebranding of Peugeot Saloon Cars and strengthened her HR career through consulting roles in Manchester, UK, supporting organisations in talent acquisition, learning and development, and workforce planning.

At Partners Nigeria, she oversees the full scope of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance systems, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, policy development, compliance, workplace culture, and administrative operations.
