Designations Administrative Assistant

Mary Akinyemi Bamidele is an Administrative Assistant at the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative, also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN). In this role, she supports the smooth operation of the Organisation and contributes to the overall success of the organization.

Her responsibilities span various areas, including office administration, human resources, and logistics. Her expertise in these areas allows her to provide invaluable support to the organization’s operations. Logistics and procurement planning are also within her realm of expertise. She is responsible for coordinating the procurement of supplies and equipment, ensuring their timely delivery to the company’s various locations.

Lastly, she has strong skills in organizing and managing events. She is responsible for planning and executing various company events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops. Her creativity and attention to detail ensure that the events are memorable and successful.

Victory Princess Lazarus is an Administrative Trainee at the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN). She assists the company’s operations in the areas of office administration, human resources, and logistics.

She contributes her knowledge and skills in a variety of areas, including report writing, project management, people management, logistics and procurement planning, and event organizing.

She graduated from Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria, with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Public Administration. She is a member of the Public Administration and Management Development Institute (PAMDI) and has numerous certificates from Coursera, Great Mind Institute, and Side Hustle.

She is skilled in Microsoft packages, communication, teamwork and creative writing.

Doris Udekwu is an Administrative Assistant at the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN). In this role, she is responsible for facilitating the timely operational flow of PWAN’s administrative procedures and policies, including logistics, program, and staff support.

Before joining PWAN, Doris volunteered at Youth Concerns Development Initiative, a youth-led non-profit organization working on crime prevention, safety and security of young people in public schools in Nigeria. She supported the program team at Youth Concerns with event planning and logistics support.

Before joining the non-profit sector, Doris served as the customer relationship and marketing representative at Hotel De Bentley, Abuja. Where she honed her skills in sales and marketing, she was also a short-term sales executive at Ecobank PLC, Kano Branch.

Doris holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Theresa Awulor is an Administrative Business Assistant with The Rule of Law & Empowerment Initiative also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria, where she leverages modern technology to enhance administrative processes. Started out as an intern in Nigerian Breweries Plc. Iganmu, Lagos as an ICT trainee in 2003.

She worked as Coordinator/Administrator in Staruf Sports Development, Surulere Lagos, where she managed the Football Club, Football Academy and the Nestle Milo/Dodo Mayana Football Clinic, which held in various states of Nigeria. She conducted research for sports development and secured sponsorships, collaborated with state governments and engaged with youths in various states in Nigeria towards fostering sports development and empowerment.

Has a B.Sc in Computer Science, an M.Sc in Information Technology and a certification in Comptia A+ from the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT)
