She is a professional administrator and strategist with vast experience in human resource development, planning, organizing, and training. She has a degree in Business Administration from Covenant University Ota and a Master in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria

She has over 8 years of experience working mostly in Nigeria and the United Kingdom in various capacities from the banking sector, manufacturing, and consulting firms.

She was in the team of strategists that designed and implemented the marketing and rebranding of Peugeot 508 Saloon, creating partnerships with financial and government institutions in the area of sales and lease finance

She also had a stint at Phosflud Consulting, Manchester UK as a consultant in talent acquisition learning, development, human resource and planning working for major organizations like The Royal Bank of Scotland Group UK (RBS), Shawbrook Bank, Lloyds Bank amongst others
